FAQ
What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure for tough surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure and special detergents for delicate areas like siding, roofs, and wood — it’s safer and just as effective.
Are your cleaning chemicals safe for plants and pets?
Yes! We take extra care to protect your landscaping, and our solutions are biodegradable and diluted to safe concentrations.
How long does a typical job take?
Most residential jobs (like siding or driveway cleaning) take 1–3 hours. Larger or commercial jobs may take longer — we’ll give you a clear time estimate before starting.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not always. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a working water source, we can complete the job even if you’re not home.
How soon can I book a job?
We try to schedule jobs within a week depending on weather and location. Call or message us for current availability.
